Tonight I met an American Egyptologist studying here in Cairo. She was so neat. Her specialty is mummies and she offered to give me a guided tour of the museum tomorrow. Yay ! Her boyfriend's father is also an Egyptologist specializing in mummies and he was the first person to try mummifying a human using the techniques of the ancient Egyptians. She said that the mummifying proccess worked, that the person hasn't decomposed, she even got to see the mummy. I asked where he got the corpse and she told me it was donated to science. Wow, I bet that person could never have imagined what was going to happen to his body.
